Cleaner taste
Paper filters play a crucial role when preparing pour over coffee. Taste of paper is the last thing we want to find in the cup. After many tests, we have decided to use Filtropa bleached filters, particularly because of the lack of specific paper taste in the cup in comparison to other brands. Moreover, we find these filters to release more essential oils that influence the body and taste of the coffee.

Always rinse filters thoroughly with hot water before brewing!
